Court Records Management System
Over 200 municipalities in Ohio have adopted BGI's advanced Windows®-based Mayor’s Court™ systems. These systems efficiently manage cases, financial transactions, and all mayor's court operations. Whether running a full mayor's court or a violations bureau, Mayor’s Court™ offers tailored versions to meet specific needs.
The system generates detailed cash reports within specified date ranges, covering cash, bonds, credits, receipts, payment plans, disbursals, and more. It tracks and manages cases with outstanding items like warrants, forfeitures, suspensions, missed appearances, overdue payments, probation compliance, and pending reviews.
Mayor’s Court™ also simplifies identifying and sending cases eligible for collections to agencies, either electronically or on paper. It includes appropriate fees and accurately allocates funds to the respective agencies.
The system integrates electronic reporting to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Department of Public Safety, covering convictions/points, suspensions, forfeitures, driving privileges, license forfeitures, registration blocks, and warrant blocks.
Additionally, it offers one-touch statistical quarterly reporting to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
